Okay I am thinking of doing a naked smoothie small 15.2fl oz bottle along with a side of celery and peanut butter for lunches to keep around the office. Does that sound like a valid plan? I have been losing weight recenlty but that is more to working out than actually eating healthy ( we won't discuss popeyes ) and its proximity to my work. So I am looking for healthy, easy to buy pre-packaged foods that I can keep in my drawer or in the refrigerator in the office.

Thanks for the imput/ideas

I tried the juice diet for a week and did the Naked Juice as my juice since I work very early, am not a morning person, and didn't want to make my own. I would definitely try the protein zone ones although those tend to be a bit gritty. My only concern is the sugar. One of the smaller ones is about 30g of sugar. I am not sure if people will suggest "that's fine because it's all from fruit and you'd have that same amount eating all that fruit" or "stay away." It will be certainly interesting to find out. I would be cautious since the ingredients aren't just raw fruit. Maybe every other day. I loved them though, especially the green machine.

Why not bring leftovers for lunch at work? Or salads? Wraps? Sandwiches? Keep a bag of washed, cut lettuce in the fridge along with some shredded chicken and some wraps or bread for making a quick lunch (or prep the night before). I personally don't like drinking a meal instead of actually eating food as you can get much better nutrition from food.

Those things are SO full of sugar that when I was pregnant, my midwife had me drink one of those instead of the orange gross drink for my glucose test.....

Yes, I could bring leftovers and salads but that takes a lot of prep work and to be honest I really only remember to do that 1/2 the time. I am looking for something I can keep in the fridge for when I forget to actually pack a meal. The only places to eat locally are horrible for you. ( we have a food court on base) which I am trying to avoid.

I don't necessarily need something super healthy..just something that will not ruin my day. I am hypoglycemic so I have to eat even when I am not hungry. I might try some wraps and grilled chicken. I just need something that can "keep" for about a week to make it a viable work option.
