Hi all! Please ad me as a friend for support! I have to loose a good 30-35kg and have given myself 1year and 6 months to achieve it! Anyone else out there with such a massive goal?

    Im new to this but i haven't got loads to loose but have been very poorly for 4 years i am a qualified fitness trainer but haven't worked for almost 5 yrs they thought it was cancer and with 4 children my life fell apart i dont really have many friends as my time is taken up by my children dew to them having aspergers syndrome but i know loads of tricks to boredom eating which is my problem but right now im just so thankful for being alive but looking for friends for motivation.
