lose inches

Measurements now:
Thighs: 26inches
Waist: 31
Hips: 39

Goal is 23, 28 and 26 inches!

Any idea How long it'll take?! With diet and exercise including weights?

    We really can't give you an idea on how it will take, because your genetics dictate where our fat comes off.

    It doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you create a caloric deficit you will lose weight. And lift heavy.

    just start and when you're happy stop and maintain

    time goals are fairly redundant

    I'm guessing you meant 36 inch Hips (not 26!). Lol
    As the other Ladies have said, you can't put a time on it.
    Just keep at it though!
