Is sleeping too much affects muscle gain ? Like (11 hours of sleep)

    No. Sleep is good. Not sleeping enough elevates some hormones that do impact gains.
    Some people need more sleep.

    Just think of the ideal muscle gaining machine - the 18 year old boy.

    Eats a ton, sleeps a ton, swirling hormonal soup. Get him training right and: Bam!

    I wish I was 18 again dammit!
