Are you talking about calories burned during ab exercises? If so, unless you are doing those exercises for long periods of time, then the amount burned wouldn't amount to much. Just record situps, etc. under strength training and don't worry about the amount of calories.0

To get an estimate for Calories burned, you could log the time under Cardiovascular as "Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort" or "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort," depending on the intensity of the effort. Please note that the estimated Calories burned for Cardiovascular exercises provided by MFP are based on published metabolic equivalent of tasks (METs), which are estimates for a general population and may differ for you as an individual.
METs - Activity
3.5 - Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort
8.0 - Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort0
