Starting weight was 112kilos over 2 years have lost 29 kilos and still going with time and patience I will get to my goal of 75 kilos 8 kilos to go cm9h6mou1pmi.jpg

    Yes my problem was wanting it to come off fast but it doesn't work that way,you need to take to slowly and steady.
    It didn't take a few months to put it on it took years it took my brain a while to work that out.

    Hi, I think you've done amazingly well. My starting point and where I want to end up is very similar to yours. And seeing that you did it in 2 years makes feel like there's no rush. I'm going to enjoy the journey too.
