I feel like I'm new even though I've been here for years. In the past, I cut calories and exercised and weight just melted off. Now, I can't tolerate much activity due to a health condition so I have to REALLY cut calories and I'm struggling. I'm 5'10 and my weight 5 years ago was 165 lbs. I'm currently 225. Ughhhh.. please add me as a friend. I'm going to make my diary public. I don't need advice but I'd love support and encouragement. Don't laugh when you see what I eat. I don't eat traditional breakfast at breakfast time etc.
