I've been at this for a year and every time I finally start seeing progress something happens and I end up back where I started.... So this is my attempt at really putting my best effort in. Btw how is everyone? :)

I deal with the same problem!! I'm a fluctuating balloon. I lose it all just to gain it back and then another extra pound. Also, working at a restaurant did NOT help because Lord knows I have the WORST self-discipline ever! :s
I quit the job because it was too stressful and I gained ten pounds from it and now that I'm on a break from school, I have time to dedicate to my health. Who's with me?!

I have the same problem. I have sometimes lost and gained the same 25 pounds twice in the same year. I've dabbled with logging everything in the past and been consistent for a few days and then something would get in the way. I've decided this time around I am going to be more active in the community and hopefully find some people that will keep me accountable. I am going to "do the work" whether that means being active, logging food, etc.

BTW - I had a heart attack in February, it was small but should have gotten my attention more than it did. I yo-yo'd once after it occurred. How is that possible?? I travel a lot for work and it is easy to east and drink with reckless abandon, especially when you are not paying for it.
