Hi everyone, I've been wanting to lose some weight for a few years but just never dedicated enough or disciplined enough to do it. As an athlete, I know what I need to do to get there and I'm ready to get back to a happier me and finally feel good about my body! I'm also planning for a vacation to Hawaii so that adds a little bit more motivation, let's get it!!
