I was here before, and lost a good deal of weight, but it has mostly gone back on again. I know this works, so i'm giving it another go! wish me luck!

    thanks for the welcome Cindy. I managed to lose 18lbs last time I was here, and know that its a slow steady process. I am already walking faster when I take the dog out, might do her some good too!! I will sk you to be a friend, lets get on with this!! :-)
