Workout beginner calander

i want to start a workout calander for me. I just dont know how. Im thinking "tae bo week" then "pilates week" "jillian micheals week" and do a mile a day after every workout. (5 days a week) is that ok. Or is it too much since im a beginner.

That sounds like it would be fun and keep you interested in working out! Go for it! If it doesn't work out, you can always adjust the days/types of work outs as you go. Figure out what you like best, etc.0

Thanks. Ill give it a try starting next week. Ill work on my calander and gather my workout dvds etc to mark em down:)0
