New Friends !!

Hey folks

Been back after a year MIA ( or account blocked ) so just looking to re-establish some friends again!

I've been using this site now for 3 years and in the first 2 years have lost 168lbs and for the last year maintained that weight loss so now I'm at a new stage and a new cut so need like minded friends to help me along!

Feel free to add me if you like training! I'm a lifter now but love spinning and swimming, hate running but its a necessary evil so i'm trying to improve on that too!!
