Filling Calories

So I've changed up my diet lately to include better whole foods and cut out refined/processed/sugary things, but now I've run into a new problem. Even with eating 3 balanced meals a day and snacking, I'm finding it hard to reach my daily calorie goal of 1200 calories, and often fall about 300 calories short. Any help on how to fill that space?

Just eat the things you ate before... no problem with that.0

Have you thought about changing where you shop so that you can buy more unrefined foods? Between eggs, dairy, meat, fish, grains, starchy vegetables, pulses, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruit and vegetables you should have no trouble eating your calories every day.0
