I want to bring a healthy dish to a potluck
But, I have no idea what to bring. Suggestions AND the recipe would be amazingly awesome. The group is about 15 women (all overweight). I suppose the dish is really for ME so I don't load up on the calorie laden stuff they bring. Help! Oh, and thank you!

cucumber/dill salad? some kind of cold couscous salad? I don't know. I such at pot lucks. I always say I'm going to make something and then just bring beer.0

This is a really great fruit salad. The surprise is it has cucumber in it. I served it at a brunch with smoked turkey wrapped asparagus. It was great. Below is links to the recipes I made for the brunch.

I love broccoli salad. It's just blanched broccoli with sea same oil, soy, ginger dressing. Very plain though. You could also add other green veggies and some slivered almonds for a bit of variety and to bulk it out a bit.
