I work alot throughout the day, either through my job or around the house and yard work. I have never had a flat stomach and my thighs have always been big. Those are my main focus and just overall health and energy. Every morning I get up and drink hott water with coconut oil, lemon juice and throughout the day apple cider vingar with a mix of juice. Grapefruit is my choice of fruit in the morning and bananas too.
I have had so much energy, that i feel like im wasting it when I sit down or relax. lol Im so happy and last year i weighed in at 160(my highest) and now at this moment Im at 134. My goal is 115-120

surgery or extreme body-abusing dieting (which it looks like you might already be doing) you're not going
to change.
.Every morning I get up and drink hott (sic) water with coconut oil, lemon juice and throughout the day apple cider vingar (sic) with a mix of juice
Hopefully you're drinking the acids through a straw so you don't damage your teeth.

Are you so short that that is a healthy weight?
Use the BMI calculator here on MFP (on the top blue bar click on 'apps', then on the bottom blue bar click on BMI;
play with the weight until it's in a healthy range) or google to find one elsewhere on the web.0 -
Most of the females in my family do have larger thighs. There is still slimming down to do. The mix between water, coconut oil and lemon juice work in your body to help burn fat and speed up your metabolism. The apple cider does the same, and yes it is gross but i can get past that. I dont do the cider everyday, but straws would help lol. My height is 5'2". I will look into a BMI calculator, thanks0
