    Great job on Day 1 now on to Day 2. I have found it easier to get through the weekends by planning out my day the night before. Then try to stick to that meal plan. Just remember to log everything. Don't cheat yourself by leaving things off the diary. It will help you to create an accurate flow chart of how much you are eating by the week and then the month and then over several months.
