I am knew to the group need to lose 50 pounds

Would love to know where to begin what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks. I am emotional eater. Feedback would be great!!!!! I need your help.

    Eat the type of foods that are going to make you happy. Just eat smaller portions of them. If you can stay under the calorie goal set by MFP then you will lose weight. If you feel you need more calories each day then start an exercise routine and you will be alloted more calories by MFP. What is your calorie goal set at?
