Middle age and fighting everyday. A metabolism equal to a sloth makes me work every day. It gets a little depressing on how hard I work and how easy it is to pick up weight. Reach out ....

    Yeah, I thought it might be age and metabolism, too. IT'S NOT!!!! It's eating too much and moving too little. I'm 60 and I've lost 94 pounds. Yeah, some of us may have to put forth a little more effort than others but if you want it bad enough guess what? It CAN BE done!
