Just trying to maintain weight and eat healthier. Eating healthy isn't always easy and I need some motivation sometimes.

My husband and I both learned to cook really healthy and delicious food. Eating is always motivating for me. I like Jamie Oliver's cookbooks.
I also eat things that I want in small quantities that aren't 'healthy' - they just taste good. So I have 1/4 cup of ice cream every day. This isn't the Protestant work ethic applied to eating. It's life.0 -
