Anybody an expert on bulking and cutting?

Hello all,
So I want to lose fat, primarily, but then afterwards I really want to work on building muscle, and so I am going to begin bulk and cut when I reach my goal weight (only around 6 pounds away)!

Any information, tips or guidance would be much appreciated as I would like to be completely prepared before I start! Thanks all!

    You should look into Macronutrients. That's the best way to get to your goals. It's very easy I learned all about it on YouTube from Matty Fusaro. He explains everything very well.

    your personal goals and preferences are whats going to determine the route you take. with the right diet and workout plan you can gain mass while staying lean as well. That is my preference quality gains at a little lower pace is ok with me. but like the above person said..... macros play a big role. tell us a little more about the time frames your shooting for if you have any. sorry to be so broad you can message me if you would like. im always willing to help
