Kiwi's Weekly Weigh In - Week 7

Morning, morning! I'm up bright and early and about to make a run for the airport. Off to Christchurch and colder weather, I fear. Hotel foooooood (laughs).
Anyway. I'm 300g up from this time last week and I actually smiled when the scale told me so because I've got the dreaded PMS (the PMS monster made me eat chocolate yesterday) and it has been worse that that all week long. I was PLUS 1.5kg on Sunday after I ate soup at a restaurant (can you say, "a bucket of salt"?) It has been interesting watching the scale fluctuate up and down in proportion to how much water I drink and how much like a fire-breathing dragon I feel (I haven't eaten my DH and son yet, but it has been close, LOL).
How are you guys doing today?

My scale said 78.4 this monring.
I don't beleive it because I was 77.0 on Sunday
I ate lots of chips yesterday LOL nom nom nom
I think I'm just gonna suck it up and drink more tea. It's too cold to drink water.
I try to limit my tea and drink water but then I end up just not drinking anything cos I seriously can't face cold water right now! (and I'm not drinking warm water - blergh. The only thing drinking warm water is good for is making oneself be sick)
I've been expecting TOM for like a week or more now. I don't actually have any idea when it's due I thought it was closer to the start of the month but I guess not!
Feeling quite positive today though!
Well I've got my heater on in my packing room not in here and everything has finished printing now so off I go!
Enjoy Christchurch! It's very similar to Hamilton in terms of cold - but a bit less damp.0 -
Hey all
Welcome to Christchurch somigliana! It's actually a really sweet day today, weatherwise...maybe you brought it with you?
I had my melbourne trip in the weekend and danced, ate, and drank with reckless disregard for any restraint, and it was AMAZING. Not just because of the 'taking a break' mentality obviously, it was just a fantastic weekend all round. So now I'm determined to get stuck back in and really do a good job of finishing off the last few kgs!
Sitting on 70.35 this morning but hoping it will be a little less soon as I'm still really sore from the weekend and also about to hop on the TOM bandwagon in the next day or two!
Going to try and start doing some workouts from bodyrock.tv...if you haven't seen it before it's worth a look - she's sort of scandalously attired but INCREDIBLY fit and can do things without breaking a sweat that leave me lying on the floor almost crying lol. So one of my goals is to be able to complete one of her workouts without having to stop or modify an exercise to be easier!0 -
ha! I KNEW it wasn't right. 76.9 this morning (with corresponding drop on work scales too)0
