Time to get back on track!

Hi everyone! My name is Allie and I just recently redowloaded MFP. I stopped using it because I noticed it made me nervous to see how the calories added up throughout the course of the day and I ended up never eating enough or I would just stop tracking when it seemed too high, which clearly was detrimental to all my hard work. Im back to hold myself accountable for my health once again and get back on track! I gained some weight throughout the school year but since i lift a lot it was more like an accidental bulk. Im trying to lean back out and drop about 8-10 pounds. Anyone who relates please friend me; I could use help through my journey!! :)
