I search Eating Well for recipe ideas under 500 calories. Then I import them into my account here. You have to watch the sodium though on their recipes sometimes.0

You can add me if you want
I have recipes, cook from scratch, make photo's of them and describe the preparation
Feel free to explore around in my diary0 -
I make a lot if curries from scratch because I am a really picky eater and they are so easy to make. Plus you can really throw in what you want. I usually have:
two tins of chopped tomatoes
two cartons of passata
a whole butternut squash (diced)
Three chillies
a bulb of garlic
4 chicken breasts
A packet of spinach
a tin of drained lentils
a tin of drained chickpeas
I add spices such as curry powder, paprika and cumin. I add these after cooking the passata, tomatoes and chillies to check the spiciness to decide whether to add more. I usually begin with about a teaspoon of each.
The above recipe makes about 5-6 servings so I freeze them and can take them to work to reheat and have for lunch. Or they are good if I get home from work late.0 -
Just do a search on google or comb through some of the older threads with the same question. Lots of good ideas.0
