Thunderstruck Drinking Game!

oh, did I say drinking? I meant Burpees!

Did a fun workout today at my gym. Try it out today:

1. Play Thunderstruck by AC/DC.
2. Jumprope the WHOLE song, until...
3. Brian sings "Thunderstruck!" Then drop and do two burpees.

It is all fun and games until the end of the song! Don't get psyched out when he just says Thunder. And have fun on this rainy (at least in Houston, anyway) Saturday!

    I usually try and skip to the beat with faces paced songs and whenever there's a drop or a sudden change in tempo I mixed in either a few crossovers or double skips. Probably get weird looks from bopping my head to the music the whole time but it's a great warmup/finisher!
