Hi all,
I'm 62 days into my lifestyle change. My wife and I have changed our diet to ovo-lacto vegetarian and we've been using myfitnesspal to count calories. I've lost 40.4 pounds so far. I work out almost daily, usually 30 mins of cardio and four days a week I weight train. I started at 307 lbs. I'm headed for about 190 lbs. I believe we can all reach our goals by staying positive and confident in ourselves.
Best wishes everyone,
Brian

Excuse my ignorance but what is an Ovo-lacto vegetarian?

No meat, but I eat dairy and eggs.

That means I can have egg white omelets with sliced cheese that come to about 100 calories for breakfast.

So a normal vegetarian? I thought it was a twist like a pescatarian type thing that I hadn't heard of.
