How many calories in 100 grams (weighed on scale) is boneless skinless chicken breast??? Some references say 160 cals and others 110! So what really is it?

Raw? I'd say 120 calories.0

USDA says for 100g of cooked/roasted chicken it is 165 calories.

I would tend to trust their data over any other.0 -
Ok... & Btw its cooked chicken that I weighed0

I'm seeing 151 for grilled breast, but unless you eat as much of it as I do, it's probably not a big deal.0

raw = 110 cals usually ~23.5 g protein with tagalong fat0

Use the bigger estimate. Don't take a chance on underestimating.0

Mine says 165.0
