Staying focused during transition

Getting ready for the next chapter of the journey. I gave my two weeks notice yesterday at work. Moving on to new opportunity and career change.
With that I find myself more in thinking mode than exercise mode. So far still on the right track food wise. Which is good.
Life changes usually trigger me to stop when I need it the most. So with this major change I am hyper focused on the food and exercise.
Need some cheerleaders.

That's great! Both that you're transitioning and staying focused. As much as I dream of leaving my job change scares me. So, I'm waiting to do all my transitioning at once. I will get a new job when I move to the city my boyfriend lives in.
Maybe the new job will even have benefits in place for fitness? My job will reimburse part of a gym membership.
