Hi people !!!!
This post i m writing here to share what i m feeling about my body right now..
I initially used this app to loose weight for shape. I was quite successful in losing 2 kg in 20 day , coz' its recommended rate for losing weight in a healthy manner. Since i m a medico so my life is quit busy with always improper eating and sleeping habit. My fitness pal helped me to keep a check on my calorie count. After few days i decided to include exercise in my daily routine. Tempted to run before the sun i wake up really early in the morning and jog at moderate pace for 40-45 mins. I felt successful for 20 days but then my story got a twist, i started having big muscle cramps, weakness and pain for whole day. It was because i was not feeding myself properly in a hurry to bring down my weighting scales. This made me sick and i had to give up my jog for 1 week. Through this time i fed myself added protein and cut carbs from my diet. Added milk, all natural products and eliminated processed food as much as possible , planned a proper eating schedule focusing on not to skip main meals.
Today, i revived and started my jog again, truely , i m feeling lot healthier , happy, energetic with an assurance that carrying on this way will definately reduce my future morbidity for life. This will ofcourse reduce my obesity but also chances of diabetes mellitus, polycystic ovarian disease, bone weakness, hypothyroidism, psycological depression and many more. THIS GIVES ME A HEALTHY MIND IN A FIT BODY.
I have no longer hurry to bring down my weighing scales but to live a healthy life.
