logging question

I don't have a heart rate monitor but I just took up zumba and insanity last week, I log my zumba as zumba fitness and then just know it is probably a little off so I don't eat back hardly any of it but how should I log insanity? I keep myself moving the whole time and really bust my *kitten*, should I do it as calisthenics or what?
