Suggestions for food for a day away

My daughter is in a soccer tournament tomorrow. We will be at the fields from 9am until 4pm. I will have a cooler, but it will be filled with water and "cooling towels" for the girls. I can take another cooler, but am not sure what to pack. I guess I can throw in a chicken breast, but that means packing utensils. We don't have time between games to run out to get something to eat.

Suggestions, please?

Also, in another month, I have (get to) to go camping with dd for a girl scout camping trip. I have to bring a side dish. I could use suggestions for that too. Also could use suggestions for breakfast and lunch while camping. I'll be in a tent with no refrigeration. I will have a cooler and will, hopefully, be able to get ice.

Sorry, this was meant for the KETO board. However, if anyone else wants to chime in with keto ideas, I'll take them.

Baked chicken pieces, canned tuna or salmon, cheese, low-carb veggies galore. Travel size mayo or dressing to make a big meaty salad. Lots of napkins.

For camping, stuff for kebabs or foil packets of meat/veg for the grill if you can keep them cold enough in the cooler. Hotdogs without bun. Jerky and nuts. Lots of veggies.
