I am not new to my fitness pal, I originally signed up in December 2012. I struggled to lose weight until I realised that the food industry was the reason people are overweight more so than in past times. The combined effect of marketing inexpensive unhealthy food and weak legislation creates an environment that favours unhealthy weight gain. Last week-end I saw a documentary titled Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead where a fellow goes on a reboot diet by only consuming vegetable and fruit juices. The idea of a reboot is to reduce bad habits and realign your body to a healthier point. I have done this for 1 week and lost over 4 kgs. It is hard core but seems to work. I am keen to hear from individuals about hard core efforts followed by healthier lifestyles for the long term.
