Hi! I also coasted for years, not really caring enough about my appearance or my health to make any changes. Then about 5 months ago I felt ready to get to work, and now I've lost 32 pounds! Tracking my food and getting more exercise - mostly yoga - has made it feel easy. Good luck to you - it's absolutely worth it!0

Hey I'm Jennifer I'm new here. I am going through the process of having gastric bypass surgery and my specialist referred me to this site to keep track of what I'm eating and to pay attention to my food and nutrients. Any support and advice would be great.0

Hi..I'm a newbie too. My name is Robin...I had a hard time getting started in walking....now I walk every morning for 2 miles after working all night on night shift. Walking made me feel better..look better...and bought down my weight which lowered my blood pressure & colesteral...don't give up....life is too short...0
