introducing myself

Hello everyone,

I used to be fit 76kg mainly muscle, since starting a new carea I'm now sitting down all day eating extremely unhealthy food and portions, I hit 103kg last week and have stretch marks now. So I'm trying to at least get down to 90kg and go from there.
Iv been logging for one week now consuming around 1000 to 1500 cal/day healthy portioned sized meals doing 37 min HIT cardio 3 days a week and weight training on alternative days using Sunday as a rest day.

I only supliment protein as I'm trying not to eat too much meat.

Still my main macro seems to be carbs but tbh they all from oats and vegetables so should be OK hopefully continuing like this.

In one week iv dropped 3kg and never been hungry so I'm hoping this is sustainable with the amount of carbs I seem to be eating.

Anyways look forward to hearing other people's success for motivation pce.
