Need as many good pointers as possible

I've been eating a good diet since January about 1200 calories, I'm 4'10" tall, 116 pounds, Mon and Wed and Fri about 100 push ups and 100 squats, ab exercises (kayakers, froggers, bicycles,and more) and handstands and core presses and try to walk every day with my lab. Been trying my best to go from an 8 (pant size) to a 4 with no such luck. Did suffer a concussion with whiplash, headaches and migraines, with loss of appetite for a spell back in February for a couple weeks from a slip and fall but I don't think that hindered anything. All I am asking for is some pointers, as many as possible big or small. Many thanks if I don't get back with you to thank you personally :smile:

  • You can always add in some cardio since it seems like you are doing a decent amount of toning. Also, make sure you eat enough calories to sustain your activity level. If you are super active but not eating enough your body will kill your metabolism.
