HI. Wondered if any fitness experts out there knew of any type of upper body exercises I could do without using my right arm.
Got another 2 weeks before I can safely use it, but I'm dieing to use weights etc.
Still hitting treadmill and steppers etc

Just let the bad arm heal. You can train your other arm or not (dumbells, cable machine) up to you.

Nothing on that page can be done without using the forearms.

You won't be able to use the injured arm. You won't lose as much strength as you think. Just keep the other arm in shape. If you are a righty, just think of it as giving your left arm a chance to catch up to your dominate arm ;)

You can do lots of body weight work (lunges, squats, etc). I was able to maintain fitness with a shoulder injury....much harder to keep stable than a forearm.

    Best of luck!

I can't think of anything that doesn't involve your forearms to some degree. Two weeks is a minor fraction of your training life, don't do anything for two weeks. Why risk injuring it further and extending your time away from training?
