Age and skin health is a factor too. Stay hydrated and apply moisturizer. If you have stretch marks then don't expect that area to retract perfectly. In some case surgery will be needed or you just have to live with the saggy area. For me, the area inside my thighs will not recover. But a bit of saggy skin is much better than being overweight.

    Hello
Yes stay hydrated and also do Cardio and strength train to tone up. This will help!!! I lost a lot of weight 80lbs my first time. I had problem areas: In my neck, arms, thights. I did face and neck yoga for my neck, and joined a gym to tone every thing else. But sometimes we can never fully get it back. But I still feel better in my skin regardless.

It's usually about genetics. I've lost 90 pounds, and I'm resigned to the fact that I will just have saggy skin. Hydrating and moisturizing may help slightly. Strength training can help slightly as well since the extra muscle fills in the skin a bit, but most women don't want to bulk to the point it would take to fill in the saggy skin from substantial weight loss. I have HORRIBLE saggy skin/stretch marks on my stomach, arms, upper thighs, and neck, and it will only get worse as I still have about 50 pounds to lose. I'm not sure how bad yours is, but for some people, like myself, surgery is really the only thing that will help. Unfortunately, I can't afford surgery, so I'm left with what I'm left with. It's my own fault I guess for ruining my body. Is it depressing and frustrating? Absolutely. But it is what it is. Good luck to you. I hope your genetics are more forgiving than mine. :)

I can already tell that I will have saggy skin on my stomach. I'm looking into getting a nice vintage style one piece bathing suit. I refuse to let the fear of saggy skin keep me from losing weight and being healthy.
