Make room in your day for some chocolate calories. Then it's not a bad day but a great one.0

Also: Depends on the chocolate. Enjoying a serving of a good dark chocolate is not a "bad day". Ordering a double helping of the Death by Chocolate Cake at your local Applebees is probably not going to do your calorie count any favors.0

What did chocolate do wrong?
You can eat what you like as long as it fits your calories. Are you making nutritious choices most of the time? Yes? Then don't worry about the few less nutritious ones... Satisfying your mind is just as important as satisfying your body.0 -
having some chocolate or some sweets as a dessert or an afternoon pick-me up is perfectly fine, as long as you factor it into your daily calories and don't let it get out of hand. you can totally blow 500 calories in a treat if you aren't careful, and because it's a lot of empty calories, you'll still be hungry later.0

I find a small amount of good quality dark chocolate satisfies the chocolate itch but something with less chocolate in it, like a Kit Kat or what not does not. I can make 70 calories worth of Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips Chocolate Chips last 45 minutes and am entirely satisfied by the time I'm done.
Also, consider that you may be craving chocolate due to a magnesium deficiency.0 -
