Loss Of Appetite

I'm currently having a huge loss of appetite! I always eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'll have about 2 small snacks inbetween which ever meal depending on how I'm feeling. Lately I've just been eating twice a day(small meals)..especially on the days I don't work out.I know its not exactley healthy to consume such a small amount of calories for the entire day( I ate just under 500cals in total yestetday!). Should I try to push in a small meal, or just let it be?

    I wouldn't do nothing

    When you have it every day you should yes because the advice healthy calorie intake for a woman is 1200 calories a day

    It has been the last two days :/ Here I am on day three and I'm still not hungry...maybe its because I'm tired? Have you ran into this issue?

    No not really, only today i will end low in calories so tonight i will have a nice ice cream lol
    ( we partied last night with some champagne so up late and coming down from all that alcohol makes me dont really want to eat today) But i go swimming/training soon and that will wake my appetite hehehe

    But when you dont have any medical issues and its a bit longer i would push it with some nice snacks.
    Feeling tired can be very well because you dont eat enough.
