Garmin Exercise Desciptions

This question is aimed at Garmin users and more specifically Vivofit users. My question is there anyway for MFP or Garmin to sync the descriptions of your workouts properly? So for example, when I play ice hockey and edit that on Garmin, MFP sees it as "aerobics - general". How on MFP can I change that description to "ice hockey" from "aerobics - general".
