Not new, but newly public

Hi, I am "outing" myself on myfitnesspal. My diary is now public. I am looking for active "friends" to follow as my current friends are not very active on myfitnesspal and I need some support and inspiration.

I am a 37 Y mommy of two boys, 7 and 10 YO. I work full time (60+ hr/wk, erratic hours - OBGyn) and sneak in workouts in the early morning or run laps around the soccer field while watching my boys play, wherever i can find a minute or two. My fitness goal is to be fit enough to play and keep up to my boys, and my short term goal is to run a 5K with my 10 YO this summer. I am trying to get back down to my med school weight of about 145 lbs, so I am about 40 lbs off, and this was a good weight for me (I am a very muscular frame, will never be 120s unless I literally starve myself). I am 90% paleo/primal due to allergies, GI issues and eczema, which are controlled by ditching the wheat and grains mostly and limiting dairy a bit.

My hobbies are scuba, cooking, microbiology (homemade yogurt, kombucha, labneh maker) and hanging out with my boys. I am Canadian. Introduction complete - have a good day. :)
