I'm starting GVT tomorrow,

With an aim of seeing how much lean muscle I can gain(plus testing 10RM strength gains too) in 6 weeks :)

Anyone tried it and how did you find it?

One thing I'm unsure of is how high to set my calorie surplus as I want to gain as little fat as possible without affecting the muscle gains. Its something I'll watch closely and adjust as necessary.

    Everyone I know that did GVT saw good results in their 1RM, I'm not sure how it'll translate into a 10RM though. The down side was after stopping GVT it goes back down due to lack of volume. In my experience.

    Well not specifically 10RM but just as a guide, I will also check 1RM gains too. Glad you had good results.
