    Hello Jean! Take it one day at a time. Figure out why you're depressed, find a way to positively combat that "why" and do things that are good for you and your body. Find an excuse to get out of bed and live the life you're destined to live. You only get one.

    Sending you strength! As someone who's struggled with depression I know how hard it can be to balance sadness/emptiness and everything else. Maybe try some Pilates or yoga instead of a more intense workout? Or go for a walk/bike ride around your neighborhood and enjoy interesting sights outdoors.
