    Foot allergy

    *childish snigger*

That still must say articles on her front page

"Why apple juice is worse for you than sugar"

    And "fat-burning hummus"

    Woman is clearly a nutjob

No. Just having trouble sticking to diet. Thought I'd try this three week plan to drop allergen inducing foods.

    Nope

Unless you have an allergy ...that's pointless

Do you weigh and log your food?

Not too concerned about sugar and allergies, just curious about gluten, eggs, dairy mostly. I eat a lot of eggs for protein as I don't care for too much animal proteins.

OP - before you spend on money on ole JJ's products..

here is my suggestion to you:

enter your stats into MFP and set for one pound per week loss
eat to the number that MFP gives you
    log everything you eat
get a food scale and weight all solid foods and as many liquids as possible
find a form of exercise that you like (not necessary) and do it
don't by into all this BS about good and bad foods, there are no good and bad foods there is just food that you use for energy and nutrients. Make sure you are getting the majority of foods from nutrient dense source, but eating ice cream, cookies, etc is OK.
    make sure you hit macros/micros

repeat until you get desired results..

oh, and most of this is free.

    Nothing wrong with eggs

Only reason to avoid gluten is celiac or associated gluten intolerance

Same for dairy, if you're not lactose intolerant no point avoiding

Sticking to a calorie defecit is far easier if you do not overly restrict

NDJ has given you pointers for a great plan

But if you need to believe in woo I'm pretty sure that woman's diet will help you lose weight too...just with pointless restrictions and less money in your pocket and freedom in your life

Good luck with whatever you decide

    Do this ^

If you have trouble sticking to diets then an "elimination" diet will be even harder.
