Trying to get Tactically Fit

Hey every one,

My name is Adam Montgomery and I live South of Atlanta Georgia. I am a security Guard and a fire arms, and Krav Maga instructor.

I joined my fitness pal to have a good way to keep track of my eating and Physical Training. This is the first time I have engaged in the community. My goal is to get my self back in to the Tactical Athlete I was in the Army. I know I cannot eat like I use to, and since I have High Blood Pressure now, I am trying to learn how to balance the food I need for body building with the limitations I need to set for my blood pressure issues. Any advice would be of great help.
