If like me you love trifle here is a lovely low calorie version,
just 111 calories each.

You will need
6 x Containers (with lids) roughly 4cm deep x 10cm wide x 10cm long
12 Rich tea fingers (asda's)
2 pots of Hartleys 10 calorie jelly strawberry and kiwi flavour
1 tin of Ambrosia light Devon custard x 360g
1 Tin of mixed berries x 90g drained (asda's)

Start by placing 2 rich tea fingers in the bottom of your pots.
Then using a fork smash up your jelly in a separate bowl,
When done add 58g to each pot try to cover all the biscuit.
Drain the juice from your berries then add berries to a separate bowl.
Using a fork smash the berries into a pulp and add 15g on top of your jelly.(try to spread evenly)
Then top this with 60g of Devon custard. (spread as evenly as possible)
And your finished
6 lovely trifle's just pop them in your fridge For around 4 hours to let the flavours mix and consume them within 2-3 days your kids will love them too :)

Hope everyone likes this recipe it's quick, easy and you can make them with your kids.

I've been thinking about trifle recently... I also had no idea that biscuits existed that were 22 calories each! *heads to Asda*

    (not mixed berries)
