Hi Amy
I found my self needing to loose 65 lbs. I find that diets just don't work, I did find this book and in it the writer had this too say. Lowering the calories needed in order to loose weight and keep your self in a healthy state of mind by not denying yourself anything just eat it in smaller amounts. His point is to follow the lowering of your calorie count for 2 months and then use the next 2 months to use a calorie count to stabilize weight then back again.
Meaning if you need to only have 1500 calories to loose weight use that daily for 2months then increase back to 1700 to stabilize. I am doing this and I don't seem to be finding myself craving anything0 -
Perhaps you need a second plan for maintenance and specifically to stop the yoyo.0
