So I took a lot of people's advice and finally brought a food scale! Only problem is I can't change the about of ounces on MFP only the serving size so for example a serving size of beef is 4oz but I couldn't get excalty 4 it's either under or over so being that I can't put 4.75 or 5oz what should I do?

You can change it. If you're on your phone just click on serving size, change it to one ounce, use decimals instead of fractions...then you can enter 4.75 oz.0

Log it to what your food scale says like @arditarose says. Also, you might want to read this post, it talks about logging & logging accurately:

I work in grams - i usually set everything to 100g,and just use decimals (so 132g Steak would be 1.32 serves of 100g)0
