Hello! I'm still super new to this and I'm not exactly sure how to not only track my foods but also my workouts. If anyone has any insightful words of wisdom that they'd like to share I'd appreciate it. I always seem to start out great and strong for the first 2wks and then fall off the bandwagon and I'm trying to find out what really works for me.
