I am old (66) retired woman, who always was on the heavy side. Long ago was just - a bit heavy set, then was overweight, then lost weight and felt good - the cycle repeated a few times. Eventually - somewhat due to special events - I did become obese - again the cycle - and for some time I am morbidly obese. My highest weight was 370 lb - currently I am 345.
Have used the "myFitnessPal" a while back - then abandoned it, now trying again - especially as my husband is really trying to lose weight too. He is 300lb.
I will read around some - and I have some questions. Hope to be around and report success, :)
