GW: 125-130 eventually, but I put in 140 so I can see that I'm getting somewhere
I do well with small goals. Right now, I want to run a 5k in August. I signed up with a friend and I can't wait! My goal is simply to keep running the whole time.
I miss how fit I used to be in high school. While I don't expect to get there again, I'd like to get closer than I am now.

Hey guys, so I have a looong way to go but:
20 years old
5'3" ish
Highest weight: 249.8 (I didn't want to hit 250)
Current weight: 220 (ish, having some water weight issues)
Goal weight: between 120 and 130.
I have lost the first 30 pounds in 2 months ( diet overhaul + working out) I have some calorie issues I need to sort out, I am making an appointment with a dietitian tomorrow. Feel free to add if you don't judge:)0 -
